The company is located in Wendeng Industrial Park, Qingzhou City, adjacent to Qilu Petrochemical Corporation. At present, company covers an area of 640 acres, which consists of six business departments: casting department I, casting department II, casting department III, machining department, mould designing and smelting production line, a provincial technology R&D center. A complete closed-loop industrial chain has been formed including smelting high purity pig iron, production of high-end precision castings, deep processing, assembly and production of high-end machine tools. Production Process
The production process is clay sand automatic moldingline, with an annual output of 40,000 tons of castings, mainly supporting the domestic and foreign heavy truck partsindustry, engineering machinery, wind power industry. lt mainlyproduces caliper bracket, high grade pipe beam, wind powerand planetary reduction, steering gear housing castings.
Technology R&D
Driven by R&D, the company's R&D center is equipped with various testing equipment such as chemical composition, mechanical properties, spectral analysis, metallographic structure, non-destructive testing, three-dimensional coordinate dimensional testing, X-ray fluorescence testing etc. We also set up inspection centers in each production workshop, from raw material testing to finished product quality control, defining excellent quality with precise data. Taking technology as the guide, we focus on theoptimal performance and the best ratio of casting products.
