The company is located in Wendeng Industrial Park, Qingzhou City, adjacent to Qilu Petrochemical Corporation. At present, company covers an area of 640 acres, which consists of six business departments: casting department I, casting department II, casting department III, machining department, mould designing and smelting production line, a provincial technology R&D center. A complete closed-loop industrial chain has been formed including smelting high purity pig iron, production of high-end precision castings, deep processing, assembly and production of high-end machine tools. Taking technology as the guide, we focus on theoptimal performance and the best ratio of casting products. We adopt Sold Works 3D design and 3D mold flow analysis software (Magma software) tosimulate the casting filling process, scientifically design the casting process, and control the quality ofcastings. Driven by R&D, the company's R&D center is equipped with various testing equipment such as chemical composition, mechanical properties, spectral analysis, metallographic structure, non-destructive testing, three-dimensional coordinate dimensional testing, X-ray fluorescence testing etc. We also set up inspection centers in each production workshop, from raw material testing to finished product quality control, defining excellent quality with precise data.

The machining department covers an area of more than 8,000 square meters, with more than 50 sets of various types of machining equipments, including 30 sets of production and processing equipments such as CNC gantry pentahedron machining centers, gantry milling machines, boring and milling machines, drilling machines and so on. lt can realize different specifications castings deep and fine processing.
Mold Processing Equipment The mold department has two new generation systemwood mold carving and milling machines, which cancarry out independent development and production ofsome models. Annual output of 130 sets of moulds, workshop woodworking equipment all use the Asianfirst-class brand. Main customers are DN Machine Tool, Clark, Ningbo Lijin, Germany Jungheinrich, wuhan Heavy Duty Machine Tool, Suzhou Neway.
This is the resin sand production process, the annual output of castings is 55,000 tons. Supporting services for silicon and manganese alloy manufacturers, special steel, forging steel, machine tool factory, automobile mold manufacturers, wind power and pump manufacturers, mainly produce steel ingot mold, alloy ingot mold, machine tool, automobile mold, wind power and pump casting products.
