VMC1160L,,(Z),(Y),(X).The VMC1160L vertical machining center adopts a vertical frame layout. The column is fixed on the bed, the spindle box moves up and down along the column (Z direction), the slide moves longitudinally along the bed (Y direction), and the worktable moves horizontally along the slide (X direction).
,,,,,,.Pro/EAnsys,,.The bed, worktable, slide, column, spindle box and other large parts are all made of high-strength cast iron, shaped by resin sand process, and treated twice to eliminate stress. These large parts are optimized and designed using Pro/E and Ansys to improve the rigidity and stability of the large parts and the whole machine, and effectively suppress the deformation and vibration of the machine tool caused by cutting force.
2.Drag system

3.Spindle group
